• Handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and transactions with precision and confidence, ensuring all interactions are seamless.

Who You Are:

You’re someone with a passion for service and a flair for communication, fluent in English and proficient with technology. Your ability to stay dynamic and mobile complements your readiness to solve problems, making you perfect for this role. Physical tasks, such as occasional lifting, are also part of your job, helping keep our operations smooth and our guests satisfied.

• Previous experience in hotels is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of OnQ, Quore, and Kipsu is a plus.
