As our Night Auditor, you'll dive into the financial depths when the world is asleep, uncovering discrepancies and ensuring balance reigns. By the time Nashville's sunrise paints the sky, you'll have painted a clear picture of our hotel operations using the previous night's data. So, who's the superhero we're seeking? It could be you!

Your Role Will Include:

• Overseeing all areas of hotel accounting to ensure accurate recording, protecting our beloved Hilton brand against liability and fraud.
• Auditing, balancing, and reporting on cash and credit operations for the front desk, rooms, and food and beverage outlets. You'll reset all registers to ensure optimal operations management.
• Providing rooms management with a clear performance picture using the data you’ve gathered.
• Running the night audit final, after ensuring all revenue is in balance.
• Attending to guest needs at the front desk, because here at Hilton BNA, our guests always come first.

Skills and Experience

Ideal candidates should have a high school education or equivalent experience. An Accounting background is preferred but not required. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to compile facts and figures. Familiarity with general office equipment and software, including a cash register, is essential. You should be able to communicate effectively and courteously both over the telephone and in person. Occasionally, this position may require lifting luggage up to 50 pounds.
