Position Type: Full-Time
- Lead Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day functions of the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance departments.
- Develop the Team: Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and mentoring team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Drive Guest Satisfaction: Maintain high guest service scores by proactively interacting with guests, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring the Hilton 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is upheld.
- Manage Financials: Assist the GM with budgeting, inventory control, labor management, and driving property profitability.
- Ensure Brand Standards: Maintain strict compliance with Hilton’s brand standards, safety regulations, and QA inspection requirements.
- Step In as Leader: Act as the primary leader on-site in the absence of the General Manager.
- Experience: 2+ years of hotel supervisory or management experience (Front Office or Housekeeping management preferred). Hilton brand experience is a major plus!
- Skills: Strong leadership, operational problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems, knowledgeable in P.E.P is a must.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
