- Experience: Usually, 1 to 2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor flaws in dusting, staging, and sanitation.
- Communication: Good verbal skills to give constructive feedback to staff and coordinate with the front desk.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods while inspecting numerous rooms daily.
