- Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding room status and special guest requests.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience familiarity with Hilton's PEP property management system is a strong plus.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, basic math/cash handling, and basic problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Physical & Schedule Flexibility: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
