🔪 What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous line cook experience (hotel or high-volume restaurant preferred)

• Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations

• Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced dinner service

• A team-first mindset with a positive, can-do attitude

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
