🍳 What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare and cook breakfast items to order with consistency, speed, and flair
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station — because clean kitchens make better food
• Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
• Communicate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and happy guests
• Keep your cool during the breakfast rush and make mornings memorable
• Preparing daily meals for the Employee Dining Area
• Assist with banquets when needed

👨‍🍳 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous breakfast or line cook experience (hotel experience a bonus!)
• Passion for food, flavor, and presentation
• Ability to multitask under pressure and keep a smile on your face
• Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to get one)
• Team-first attitude and a commitment to excellence
