You will be in charge of taking drink orders, recommending beer and wine, preparing traditional and unique mixed drinks, and maintaining the bar area so it is always clean and sanitary. - Receive payments and settle patron checks and tabs, as well as correctly utilize the point-of-sale system
- Stock and track all wine, liquor, and beer stocks, and have a full supply of glassware on hand, notifying management of any supply issues or shortages
- Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant
- Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, liquor, mixed drinks, and more
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
- Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
- Must be 21 years old
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
- This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer service
- Food Handling Certificates, or willing to complete
