Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in creating and executing restaurant and event menus.
  • Experiment with new cooking techniques and recipes with the Food & Beverage Manager.
  • Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Oversee food preparation, ensuring it meets our high standards.
  • Support kitchen sanitation and food safety practices.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering growth and development.
  • Handle inventory control, ordering, and receiving with precision.
  • Ensure efficient ingredient usage and minimize waste.
  • Communicate professionally with all team members and departments.
  • Step into leadership roles as needed to maintain seamless operations.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of professional culinary experience, with leadership roles preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to train team members.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive tasks.
  • Comfortable working in various environmental conditions.
