Essential Job Functions

• Transport guests to and from designated, approved locations using official hotel vehicles (cars or vans).

• Operate hotel vehicles safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and company policies.

• Perform assigned duties related to guest transportation (e.g., maintaining logs, showing informational videos, etc.).

• Read, track, and comply with daily guest transportation schedules.

• Properly maintain and clean hotel vehicles.

• Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents, and floors using approved cleaning agents. Extend arms overhead as needed to reach all areas and adhere to proper cleaning procedures and chemical usage instructions.

• Dust all furniture, pictures, and shelves, extending arms overhead and bending or stooping as necessary.

• Clean and polish metal surfaces using repetitive motion and applied pressure.

• Clean ashtrays and empty trash receptacles.

• Assist with washing coffee mugs and drinking glasses.

• Ensure the lobby area is neat and clean, including picking up trash and maintaining clean floors, especially at the front entrance.

• Assist the Front Desk with guest requests, such as delivering towels, toiletries, and other items.

• Walk the parking lot daily to remove excess trash.

• Turn in all lost and found items and guest room keys.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to push heavy carts.

• Ability to bend, reach, dust, and clean for extended periods.

• Ability to stand and walk for varying lengths of time, often for long periods.

• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.

• Manual dexterity to move fingers, arms, and hands quickly and efficiently to perform cleaning duties.

• Ability to lift equipment and supplies on and off carts.

• Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the corporate shuttle.
