What You’ll Do:
- Perform front desk duties during the overnight shift
- Complete end-of-day activities and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
