What You'll Do:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phones, take reservations, and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience preferred
