Location: The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort - 200 Inverness Drive West, Englewood, CO 80112

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Thursday & Friday: Spa Desk Attendant / Saturday, Sunday & Monday: Front Desk Agent

Shift: 5 days a week

What You'll Do:

-Welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile

-Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes

-Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries

-Book spa appointments and provide information on services

-Handle guest requests and ensure their satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

-Excellent communication and customer service skills

-Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

-Detail-oriented and organized approach to work

-Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests

Minimum of 6mos. to a year previous Spa & Hotel Front Desk experience required.
