As the Assistant Front Office maestro, you'll:

  • Command the Front Office to ensure efficient operations and impeccable guest care, masterfully achieving profit goals. Your delicate touch will attend to guest and group special needs, solving tricky dilemmas with the grace of a seasoned virtuoso.
  • Keep a sharp eye on daily revenue and expenses to minimize loss, manage expense, and maximize profit. Think of it as a game of chess where every move drives you closer to victory.
  • Elegantly manage the Front Office staff by creating an environment that motivates people to join, learn, do their best, and advance. You're the beacon guiding a diverse team through every stage of their employment lifecycle.
  • Act as Manager on Duty, because duty always calls to the fearless.

Fundamentals

A four-year college degree or equivalent experience is necessary, along with two to three years in a related hotel company position. Supervisory experience and discipline-specific hospitality industry and general hotel department knowledge are expected. Excellent English communication skills are required, with a second language being a plus. You must be able to handle cash or credit transactions and have Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency.
