Hotel Bourre Bonne – Downtown Louisville, KY
Full-Time | Morning Shifts | $8/hour + tips + benefits

Be part of the opening team at Hotel Bourre Bonne, a brand-new luxury destination in the heart of downtown Louisville. We're looking for a warm, polished, and service-driven Breakfast & Lunch Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our stunning Lobby Bar & Coffee Counter.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve a full-service breakfast and lunch menu in our elegant lobby bar and lounge.
• Provide table service as well as assist guests with to-go espresso drinks and house made pastries from our luxury coffee counter.
• Maintain a welcoming, attentive, and efficient presence from early morning hours through mid-afternoon.
• Collaborate with our culinary and bar team to create seamless service and memorable guest experiences.

Shift Details:

• In-times range from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM
• Full-time availability preferred (8-hour shifts)
• Must have weekend availability

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous restaurant server experience, preferably in upscale or boutique hotel settings
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest interaction
• Ability to thrive in early-morning environments with a consistent, upbeat attitude
• Reliability, poise, and professionalism
