What will I be doing?

• Prepare, record, and process accounts payable and cash disbursement, and accounts receivable and cash receipts.
• Assist in the posting of accounts for: accounts receivable, cash receipts, accounts payable, cash disbursements and payroll.
• Maintain required records, reports, and files in an organized manner.
• Perform other related duties as directed or as the situation dictates.
• Brand Rewards Reconciliation
• Managing check book and EOM statements.
• Destination Fee Tracking
• Room Charge Balancing Review
• Custodial Report Generation 
• Chargeback Management 
• Centralized Finance Team Support
• Property Support Coverage
• Additional Project support as Required

One to two years accounting experience and/or education/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. OnQ and Profit Sage experience is a plus.
