The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for supervising the front desk operation, which includes staff training, inter-department communications, and staff accountability. The Assistant Front Office Manager should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities. In addition to assisting in the operation of the Front Office operation and guest services personnel, this position will respond quickly to guest requests and/or complaints in a friendly manner and ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee guest satisfaction.
This role reports to the Executive Housekeeper. The role of the Assistant Executive Housekeeper entails daily planning, organizing, recruiting, executing, and controlling all functions of the entire housekeeping department and laundry. The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping department on a daily basis along with ensuring smooth operations to include rooms, public areas, laundry, and uniform/linen rooms. The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is expected to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency while achieving guest satisfaction.
