Description

The Operations Manager will oversee the overall operations of the hotel, with a focus on the Front Desk and Housekeeping team and oversee the breakfast area. 

Operations Manager will ensure schedules are prepared and planned in advanced in accordance with business needs and will also handle customer service and complaints as well.

Position is responsible for training of all Front Office and housekeeping staff

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Train and manage employees recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate.
• Provide clear direction in assigning and instructing all staff with details of work.
• Plan, organize, and monitor staff activities to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards set by hotel, which requires continuous visual inspection of guest rooms and public space areas including restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, etc.
• Help make a team atmosphere and help everyone work together to provide the best guest experience.

Experience Requirements:

Must have some previous manager experience and must be experienced in OnQ PMS
