The Hampton Inn Santa Cruz is in search of a local hands-on hospitality leader to take the helm as General Manager for our 46-room focused service high performing hotel.  The General Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth operations on a daily basis, exceeding guest expectations, maintaining employee satisfaction, maximizing revenue, and monitoring expenses.
