This position will oversee all departments, with direct responsibility for housekeeping and maintenance, and will ensure the hotel is continually set up for success by maintaining adequate inventory of supplies and appropriate staffing levels. The ideal candidate understands the flow of hotel operations and loves to achieve revenue, occupancy, and profitability goals.
