You will help to create an Excellent and memorable stay for our guests by; Welcoming and serving each guest with exceptional service either in person or by phone and ensuring that guests are checked in and out in a friendly and timely manner.
Responsible for creating a welcoming environment and making sure the guest experience is a positive one. The individual in this role serves as the face of the hotel or business, providing a range of hospitality services, from Customer service to guest transactions.
Front Desk Agents must be knowledgeable and accommodating, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing personalized service. They must possess strong communication and organizational skills, be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and handle difficult situations. Professionalism is critical in this role, as the Front Desk Agent is typically the first point of contact for guests.
Front Desk Agents should be knowledgeable of local attractions and hotel services, as they often serve as information sources for guests on activities and the area. They should understand the features and rates of the hotel, verify guest information, process payments, and balance accounts accurately. An individual who has the drive and commitment to provide exceptional hospitality service in this role can truly exceed guest expectations and promote customer loyalty."
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One to three months in related experience and/or training.
