Requirements

  • Previousfrontdeskexperienceinabrandedorluxuryhotelenvironmentpreferred.

  • PreviousHiltonexperiencepreferred.

  • FamiliaritywithMicrosoftOffice(Word,Excel,PowerPoint)andhotelsystems,particularlyPEP,isaplus.

  • Strongcommunication,listening,andinterpersonalskills.

  • ExcellentEnglishspeaking,reading,andwritingskills;Spanishproficiencyishighlydesired,andadditionallanguagesareaplus.

  • Flexibleavailability,includingdays,weekends,andholidays.

  • Positiveattitude,highenergy,andagenuinepassionforhospitality.

  • Abilitytomultitask,prioritizeresponsibilities,andmanagecompetingdemandseffectively.

  • Abilitytounderstandandcommunicatedetailedinformationclearlyandprofessionally.
