Responsibilities

  • Completenightlyaudits,balanceaccounts,andpreparefinancialreports.

  • Reconcilefrontdesk,room,andfoodandbeveragetransactions.

  • Verifycash,creditcardtransactions,anddailyrevenueforaccuracy.

  • Processguestcheck-ins,check-outs,andreservationsasneeded.

  • Respondtoguestquestionsandrequestswithprofessionalism.

  • Maintainaccuraterecordsandensureasmoothtransitiontothenextshift.

Requirements

  • 1–2+yearsofnightauditexperienceinabrandedorluxuryhotelpreferred.

  • Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired;hospitalityeducationisaplus.

  • Mustbeatleast18yearsold.

  • Strongcomputerskills,includingMicrosoftOfficeandhotelmanagementsystems.

  • Excellentcommunication,customerservice,andproblem-solvingskills.

  • Strongattentiontodetail,organization,andaccuracy.

  • Abilitytohandlecashandconfidentialfinancialinformationresponsibly.

  • FluencyinEnglishrequired;Spanishandotherlanguagesareaplus.

  • Abilitytoworkovernightshiftsindependently.
