Director of Sales

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Director of Sales to lead sales efforts for our hotel. This role focuses on driving revenue, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with clients, partners, and the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel sales strategies to achieve revenue goals

• Grow corporate, group, extended stay, and local negotiated business

• Build and maintain key account and community relationships

• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities

• Partner with the GM and Revenue Management on pricing and forecasting

• Conduct sales calls, property tours, and client outreach

• Support frontline teams with prospecting and followup

• Manage sales reporting and business reviews

• Represent the hotel at trade shows and networking events

• Ensure consistent CRM usage and sales documentation

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hotel sales experience; leadership preferred

• Proven success in growing key segments and achieving revenue targets

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills

• Proficiency with hotel sales systems, CRM, and Microsoft Office

• Organized, professional, and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment
