What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and keys.
• Answer questions and assist with guest requests.
• Resolve concerns with a positive, solution-focused approach.
• Share information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Work with the hotel TEAM to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Create memorable moments and exceed guest expectations.

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Hospitality or front desk experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
• Comfortable learning technology and hotel systems.
• Ability to work independently while being a TEAM player.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Spanish-speaking skills are highly desired.

Compensation

$17.00 per hour

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire.
