Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Room Attendants and Housemen to join our hospitality team. These positions play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Team members will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities according to brand and hotel standards while delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities Room Attendant Duties

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms, dust furniture, and vacuum floors.
• Restock towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
• Ensure rooms are inspection-ready and prepared for arriving guests.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, and lost-and-found items.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies and amenities.

Houseman Duties

• Clean and maintain public areas, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, and employee areas.
• Deliver linens, towels, supplies, cribs, rollaway beds, and other guest requests.
• Assist Room Attendants with stocking carts and removing trash and soiled linens.
• Transport laundry, supplies, and equipment throughout the property.
• Support hotel operations by setting up meeting rooms and assisting with special projects as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in all back-of-house areas.

General Responsibilities

• Follow all hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and team members.
• Ensure hotel standards for cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, push carts, and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.
