Job Overview

Imagine yourself at the helm of our vibrant hotel operations, where you’re not just managing, but inspiring a team across multiple departments including food and beverage, housekeeping, engineering, banquets and front office. You’ll oversee reservation management, associate staffing, and guest relations, embodying the role of a property Manager on Duty when needed.

Essential Job Functions

Create an environment that epitomizes comfort and quality, ensuring guests receive top-tier service.

Foster unity and collaboration across all departments to enhance service delivery.

Champion the management of our reservation system and maintain robust relationships with tech providers to keep operations smooth.

Manage key controls with maintenance and uphold the highest standards in all guest-facing areas from the Market to the lobby.

Control budgets and staffing, aligning resources with occupancy levels to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Keep meticulous records for everything from employee payroll to guest ledgers, ensuring all financial operations run without a hitch.

Deliver comprehensive training to staff, preparing them to meet the challenges of a dynamic hospitality environment.

Step into the critical role of Manager on Duty, as designated, showcasing your leadership and problem-solving skills.

Necessary Skills and Attributes

Exceptional communication skills including verbal, listening, and problem-solving capabilities.

Strong interpersonal and time management skills; adaptability to meet the ever-changing demands of the hospitality industry.

Advanced knowledge in report generation and financial accounting to keep our operations transparent and efficient.

Passion for guest relations, always aiming to exceed expectations and enhance the guest experience.

Formal Education and Experience

An ideal candidate will have a BS or BA in Hotel Administration or Management coupled with operations experience in a hotel setting, preferably with Hilton. We value leadership and require at least two years of team management or supervisory experience.
