How to ApplyGibson Hotel Management Inc. has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Sales Coordinator assisting with several properties! Under the general guidance of the Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for detailing all the room requests for groups in the hotel, by communicating with all departments, and being the single point of contact for the meeting planner once the group has been booked by the Sales Team. The ideal person will coordinate a seamless booking process, handle all meeting planner requests, and ensure all necessary details are taken care of for our groups and guests.
General Duties & Functions:
Note: other duties and responsibilities may be necessary as business demands
Skills and requirements: Minimum of three years customer service preferably in the Hospitality industry. Ability to develop an understanding of concepts, practices, guidelines, and procedures used by the company in relation to guest services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Property Management Systems a plus. Must be proficient with computers.
Hours: 40 hours a week
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
