As Security personnel, you help provide our guests with a safe and quiet place to sleep.  Regular rounds of the parking lots and hotel public areas are needed, so walking is a big part of the job.  You will also be asked to help deliver items to guests if they need anything.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Provide superb customer service at the highest possible level imaginable.
• Able to follow instructions on the first request.
• Attention to detail is an absolute must.
• Must have the ability to get along with others from diverse backgrounds and beliefs.
• Know all emergency and safety procedures for the hotel. Supportive Areas- Keep up-to-date all current information regarding your department, as well as other departments.
• Attend all Department and General Meetings.
• Never give out any guest or associate information.
• Communicate parking procedures to guest/visitors and dispatch appropriate staff as needed.
• Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
• Deliver items to guests
• Making and logging rounds made and reporting to the appropriate person results.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced, clear written and verbal communication, typing and computer skills.
• Superb organizational skills organized, flexible and outgoing.
• Must be able to handle multitasking.
• Must possess service forward attitude and disposition.
• Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Availability to work overnight
• Able to make and record multiple rounds every hour of the parking lots and hotel public areas.
• Deliver needed requested items to suites requested by guests.

Security shifts needed covering would be Monday and Tuesday 10 p.m. - 6 a.m.
