We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and help maintain a clean, welcoming hotel environment.

• Lead and support Room Attendants to ensure guestrooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Stay current on all Hilton Brand Standards
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity and quality.
• Inspect guestrooms, public areas, laundry, fitness center, pool area, and storage spaces.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory levels.
• Help maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

• Minimum 1 year of hotel housekeeping management or executive housekeeping experience.
• Must possess basic computers skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid NC Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
