Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records of payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues are addressed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and basic computer skills.
