What You’ll Do:

• Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
• Share local recommendations for dining, attractions, and entertainment
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
• Occasionally drive the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from the airport
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, dependable, and calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills with guests and teammates
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and cash handling
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Prior customer service or hotel experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
