The DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago North Shore and Conference Center is seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our TEAM. As the go-to person for all team-related issues, you will play a critical role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources department
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Managing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 5 years of HR management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Hotel experience is strongly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

**Compensation: $68,000-$72,000 based on experience
