What We Look For

We are seeking passionate individuals who bring a rich tapestry of experiences and skills:

  • A preferred Bachelor’s Degree coupled with at least three years in catering sales within a full-service hotel environment.
  • A knack for negotiation and relationship-building, turning every lead into a lasting connection.
  • Fluency in English with stellar verbal and written communication skills, ready to inspire and engage.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software like Delphi FDC, Knowland, CVENT, complemented by strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • An unwavering commitment to service excellence, with a detail-oriented approach that ensures precision and creativity in every event.
Key Responsibilities

As the cornerstone of our sales team, you will:

  • Drive the achievement of financial goals through innovative sales strategies and meticulous planning.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships through sales calls, presentations, and local events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer specifications, ensuring flawless execution of events.
  • Manage and supervise catering events, ensuring each banquet or meeting unfolds seamlessly.
  • Continuously analyze market trends to develop proactive strategies that keep us ahead of the competition.
