Your Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
Conduct regular inspections and maintain Hilton brand standards across all areas.
Provide training and ongoing coaching to nurture team excellence.
Manage productivity and quality, offering real-time feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Oversee inventory, scheduling, and payroll management.
Address guest concerns with professionalism and ensure satisfaction.
Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in compliance with OSHA and Hilton guidelines.

Proven leadership experience in hotel housekeeping.
