Job Title: AM Breakfast Server Department: Food & Beverage Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager / Restaurant Supervisor Location: Hilton Garden Inn (2 Donovan Drive Media, PA)

Position Summary:

The AM Breakfast Server is responsible for providing excellent service to guests in the restaurant during breakfast hours. This includes greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

• Deliver orders in a timely manner and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal.

• Refill beverages, clear plates, and maintain clean and organized tables.

• Set up and break down breakfast stations and dining areas before and after service.

• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and presentation as needed.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management regarding guest needs or special requests.

• Process guest checks and handle payments accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant, including floors, tables, and service stations.

• Follow all Hilton brand standards, health, and safety guidelines.

• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred; hotel experience a plus.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or items for extended periods.

• Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures preferred.

Work Schedule:

• Typically 6:00 AM- 11:00 AM

• Must be available for weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
