Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This position will serve as Supervisor for 2 days each week, overseeing the housekeeping team and operations.
On remaining scheduled days, the individual will work as a Room Attendant or assist in other housekeeping duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assign daily cleaning tasks and inspect rooms/public spaces

• Train, coach, support, motivate and assist housekeeping team

• Ensure supply inventory and equipment are maintained

• Report maintenance or staffing issues to management

• Supervise housekeeping operations on assigned supervisory days.

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are consistently met.

• Communicate effectively with the front desk and maintenance teams.

• Perform room cleaning and other housekeeping duties when not in supervisory role.

• Promote a positive, service-driven team culture.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience required.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Hands-on leader with the ability to work alongside the team.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
