• Patrol the property regularly to ensure safety and security of guests, associates, and assets.

• Respond promptly and calmly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.

• Monitor entrances, exits, and activity throughout the hotel.

• Support the front desk team with overnight needs or guest assistance.

• Enforce hotel policies with professionalism and respect.

• Write detailed reports and maintain accurate security logs.

• Assist guests with late-night requests or concerns while keeping a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

• Ensure a quiet, safe environment for everyone on property.

• Strong sense of integrity, responsibility, and dependability.

• Excellent judgment and ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be alert, observant, and proactive — not just reactive.

• Previous experience in hotel security, law enforcement, or military background preferred.

• Ability to walk/stand for long periods and patrol both indoors and outdoors.

• Must be able to work overnight, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Hospitality mindset — courteous, professional, and approachable at all times.
