About This Role

As a valuable member of our team, your mission will be to enhance the guest experience during the enchanting overnight hours. You’ll provide stellar support, ensuring every guest interaction becomes a highlight of their stay. From welcoming new arrivals to ensuring a fond farewell, your role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our beloved hotel.

Your Daily Impact

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-ins with efficiency and a smile.
• Ensure guests depart with a positive impression and an invitation to return.
• Communicate effectively with guests through various channels, guaranteeing satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all transactions and interactions.
• Promote and enroll guests in our loyalty programs, offering them fantastic benefits and exclusive deals.
• Collaborate with various hotel departments to meet guests' needs promptly and accurately.
• Provide empathetic solutions to guest challenges, ensuring their concerns are addressed with care and professionalism.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience & Education

• Bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally from the hospitality industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent educational certificate required.

Communication

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in the primary language used in the workplace is essential.

Physical

• Capability to stand and walk frequently during the 8+ hour shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds.
• Independently manage responsibilities during overnight hours.
