Target Start Date: November 1, 2025 | Opening Early March 2026
We’re looking for an energetic, driven Director of Sales to lead pre-opening and ongoing sales efforts for our currently under construtcion 143 room Home2 Suites / Tru by Hilton dual brand hotel, scheduled to open in early March 2026. This is a rare opportunity to help launch a dual-brand property and shape its sales strategy from the ground up.
Start Date: Approximately November 1, 2025
Location:Pleasant Grove, UT
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute pre-opening sales and marketing strategies to build early demand.
Establish key business relationships with local corporate, group, and leisure accounts.
Collaborate closely with the General Manager and ownership team to meet revenue goals.
Oversee all sales activities, including prospecting, contracts, and brand reporting.
Represent both the Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
