Practice Hospitality is seeking a Part-time Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at the Hilton Dallas Park Cities, the most beloved hotel in Dallas’ affluent Park Cities neighborhood.

Job Role
Responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading the front-of-house team, and ensuring exceptional guest service in the hotel restaurant during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff activities including servers, hosts, and bussers to maintain smooth, efficient restaurant service.

• Greet and interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and promptly address any concerns or complaints.

• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

• Monitor food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.

• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all areas of the restaurant.

• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to resolve operational issues.

• Assist with inventory control and supply management as requested by management.

Supportive Functions

• Step in to serve guests or support staff during busy times.

• Help maintain a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere in the restaurant.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and motivate team members effectively.

• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations a plus.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
