What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and inspire a team of talented cooks and kitchen staff.

• Oversee daily operations of both restaurant and banquet kitchens, ensuring flawless execution.

• Develop innovative menus that balance creativity, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all food outlets.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and cost control.

• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage leadership team to exceed guest expectations for both individual diners and large events.

• Drive efficiency in scheduling, ordering, and inventory management.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Executive Chef in a high-volume hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant.

• Strong background in banquet operations and à la carte dining.

• A hands-on leader who thrives in both the back-of-house and front-of-house interactions.

• Solid understanding of financials, food and labor cost controls, and culinary trends.

• A passion for mentoring and developing kitchen talent.
