This property is currently under construction and is projected to open in February/March 2026. General Manager will oversee all aspects of the Property Management in accordance with B&T Company mission statement. Responsibilities include maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development with established quality standards. GM will be responsible for the hiring, training and discipline of all hotel staff. Additional responsibilities is as follows:

Following tasks outlined in the General Manager Handbook

Financial Accountability- Meet or Exceed budgeted N.O.I.

Keep updated on Brand Standards

Create an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction

Review with Director of Hotel Operations on any capital or major repairs items.

Monitor the performance of guest satisfaction through Hilton Stay Platform

Establishes and maintains a pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation and growth.

Assist the Director of Sales with marketing, sales and operation activities.

Provides good safety practices of employees and guests, assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures.

Ensures staff of open-door communication system that crosses departmental lines in order to reach all employees.

Assist Director of Sales with Revenue Management with support from the RMCC

Attend Brand Required Training & Conference

Know how to operate different functions within all departments 

Must be available 24 hours 7 days a week
