What You'll Do

• Engage with guests, offering them a choice of seating, escorting them to their table and presenting them with a scrumptious menu
• Maintain the elegant setup of our dining room that boasts of Tennessee's charm
• Coordinate communication between shifts and management, ensuring seamless operations
• Ensure a safe and friendly environment for guests and co-workers alike

Our ideal candidate is someone with great hospitality and energy. Other key qualifications include:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, and etiquette
• Ability to navigate through a crowded room and escort guests to their tables
• Proficiency in handling customer complaints and concerns in a positive and proactive manner
• Professionalism and respect for guests and co-workers

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

While the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs offers a comfortable and enjoyable work environment, the role of a Weekend Host/Hostess can be physically demanding. You must be able to:

• Work Saturday and Sunday mornings
• Walk, climb stairs, bend and reach
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Stand and walk for up to 5 hours and a total of 7 hours in an 8-hour shift
