Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient coverage.

• Conduct room inspections for cleanliness, organization, and quality control.

• Train new housekeepers and provide ongoing guidance to team members.

• Maintain proper inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities.

• Coordinate with maintenance for any repairs or maintenance issues found during inspections.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.

• Support the housekeeping team by cleaning assigned areas when necessary.

Essential Requirements:

• Ability to regularly push/pull carts weighing 50–75 lbs and lift/move items up to 30 lbs.

• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach frequently.

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to follow safety protocols and respond in emergencies.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.

• Customer service experience strongly desired.
