Concord Hospitality is seeking a Director of Operations to support all aspects of hotel operations, focusing on guest satisfaction, employee engagement, financial performance, and service excellence. In partnership with the General Manager, this role helps implement property-wide strategies to drive revenue and exceed brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure brand standards are maintained across all departments and operations.
Support the daily operations of front desk, food & beverage, and other departments as needed.
Maintain compliance with licensing, permits, OSHA, MSDS, and corporate accounting procedures.
Oversee bar, restaurant, and banquet operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members; ensure proper staffing levels.
Provide coaching, counseling, and leadership support to department managers and supervisors.
Monitor guest satisfaction scores and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure availability of supplies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hotel operations leadership, ideally in a multi-department role.
Strong understanding of brand standards, hospitality service, and compliance requirements.
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
Skilled in problem-solving, guest service recovery, and team development.
Flexible and hands-on leadership style with a focus on results.
