We’re seeking a General Manager to bring vision, leadership, to Home2 Suites in Tyler, TX. We’ve got the building blocks—now we need a bold and skilled leader to bring their toolbox and make a meaningful impact.

You understand the balance between big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution. You hold yourself to incredibly high standards—and you expect the same from your team.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver flawless, genuine service to guests and ensure your team does the same—every day.
Lead hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
Inspire and develop department heads and associates, cultivating a high-performing and motivated team.
Monitor guest satisfaction scores and operational performance metrics, making improvements as needed.
Oversee property upkeep and ensure all physical spaces meet brand standards.
Align your team with Dimension Hospitality’s commitment to training, service, and fiscal responsibility.
Proactively identify opportunities to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning to set the team up for long-term success.
What You Bring:
Previous hospitality leadership experience (General Manager or equivalent role preferred).
Proven ability to motivate, develop, and lead a diverse team.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of hotel P&L management.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to lead with empathy and consistency.
Hilton brand experience is required.
