The Hampton Inn Boston-Logan Airport is currently seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead our hotel TEAM!

As Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel and provide support to our General Manager. You will direct and coordinate hotel activities to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations, and maximize full potential with a balanced focus on our mission, guests, employees and owners satisfaction.

As Assistant General Manager, you will lead our exceptional staff to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and create memorable stays

Prior experience or similar role (2+ years) is a required, previous hotel experience/education is extremely beneficial; as is your personality, communication skills and attention to detail.
