Are you ready to take your hospitality career to the next level? Hotel Ballast, a vibrant and bustling hotel located in the heart of downtown Wilmington, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team!

Position: Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Hotel Ballast, Wilmington, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | 3 AM Shifts + 2 PM Shifts per week

What You'll Do:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests by:

Leading and motivating front-of-house team members
Overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts
Ensuring high standards of food service and cleanliness
Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism
Assisting in staff training, scheduling, and performance management

What We’re Looking For:

Previous restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
A team player with a guest-first attitude
Availability to work a mix of early mornings, 6 am, and afternoons
