As Executive Housekeeper, you will mentor our hard working and exceptional housekeeping TEAM ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness, presentation and efficiency while achieving guests satisfaction.

In this role you will be responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations for the entire housekeeping and laundry departments in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.  This will include directing, supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping department on a daily basis along with ensuring smooth operations to include rooms, public areas, laundry, and uniform/linen rooms.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' Housekeeping Manager experience in a hotel environment 
• College degree or coursework in hospitality related field preferred
• Schedule flexibility 
• Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a Plus!
• Hilton brand experience is beneficial
